Ways of ordering
You can place your order in one of the following three ways:
Through the eshop: Complete your order easily and quickly online and monitor its progress. Before the final submission of the order, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use of our site, by checking the relevant box.
By telephone: Call us at 6942633376 to order, Monday to Saturday and hours 09:00-20:00.
By message: Send a message to "ask us" which is always at the bottom right of the screen.
Shipping Methods and Cost
General postal service: The shipping cost in case of delivery to your place is 3.5€ for all of Greece.
General Post: The shipping cost in case of collection from a General Post store* in Greece is €2. See the General Post store network here.
Box Now: The shipping cost with Box Now* throughout mainland Greece is €1.9. The shipping cost with Box Now to the islands is €1.9.
For orders within Greece of 24€ and above for shipping with Box Now, the shipping cost is Free!
For orders within Greece from €39 and above for shipping with General Post, the shipping cost is Free!
Shipping to Cyprus with Box Now costs €6.
*Shipping is made to the nearest store (General Post) or to the nearest mailbox (Box Now) of the address you indicate in the order.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order by choosing the payment method that suits you:
With cash without any extra charge in case of collection from our place.
By cash or by card with a fee of €2.00 in case of collection from a partner courier store.
In cash, paying the price of your order to the partner courier, at your location. Cash on delivery is charged €3.00 regardless of the order amount.
With debit or credit card without any extra charge. You can pay with your card via our online store or alternatively we can send you a payment link. Clicking on the link will take you to a secure environment where you can make your payment with your credit or debit card.
Make your payment easily, quickly and free of charge with the IRIS service by scanning the following QR code through your bank's Mobile Banking application or fill in the number 059567190 (TIN)
